Hello,

This is manufactured by our private manufacturer in China. This comes with 1 year warranty and we provide phone support Monday- Friday 10am-6pm EST.

It does include a pump as well. It will take inland 19 vacuum pump oil.

The vacuum pump oil should be replaced when it becomes cloudy or when performance degrades. This will vary based on how much water content is removed during drying. You will get the best performance and lifespan out of your pump if you change the oil every three runs. Extra shelves are available.
