Description

Lightweight, durable, portable, and sanitary - our tri-clamp mixers are utilized across numerous processing industries. They are designed to easily attach to a 3-inch tri-clamp fitting and include an FDA lip shaft seal to prevent damage to the mixer and the liquid ingredients. Constructed with a heavy-duty air pneumatic motor, this variable speed tri-clamp mixer is safe for use in hazardous environments and requires minimal maintenance. The wetted materials are constructed of 316 or 304 grade stainless steel for high corrosion and abrasion resistance. Select your horsepower and shaft length and an appropriately sized propeller or hydrofoil impeller will be matched to your mixer.

Favored for their sanitary applications, these tri-clamp mounted mixers utilize a shaft seal to prevent contamination of your liquid ingredients while processing. Easily attach this mixer directly to 3" tri-clamp fittings on your vessel.

Warranty period is one year on items manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc.

On items not manufactured by MixerDirect, Inc, the manufacturer’s warranty applies. All component parts of our products are covered by this warranty, except for normal wear items such as belts, bearings, set screws, etc. We cannot be responsible for damage or abuse to equipment caused by improper installation or operation. Warranties can also be voided by unauthorized disassembly of equipment.

For warranty repairs, equipment is returned to MixerDirect, Inc at the customer’s expense – MixerDirect, Inc will repair/replace and return to customer at the expense of MixerDirect, Inc. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied. MixerDirect, Inc shall not be liable for any other damages, whether consequential, indirect, or incidental, arising from the sale or use of its products.
