Edwards Outlet Mist Filter MF 100

The Edwards Outlet Mist Filter, model MF 100 separates and traps oil mist which is discharged with the exhaust gases from oil-sealed rotary vacuum pumps when gas-ballast is used or when very high gas throughputs are pumped. The MF100 mist filter is suitable for pumps from E2M28 to E2M80. They are very efficient at 99.85% DOP test (pre-wetted filter; 99.5% with dry element).

The MF100 has two fine-pore filter elements and a stainless steel wire-mesh filter element inside the steel body. The mist filter has a sight-glass so that you can see the level of oil trapped in the mist filter. The sight-glass indicates the maximum level at which the filter operates efficiently. The sight-glass in the MF100 mist filter is glued in position inside the body of the mist filter. The body has a drain-valve so that you can drain the trapped oil from the filter. The spring-loaded pressure-relief valve prevents a dangerous pressure build-up inside the pump and the body if the filter becomes blocked. The inlet port is NW25 and the outlet port is 1 inch BSP.  Fully tested and in great working condition.  30 day Warranty.
